Privacy Policy
ExpenseTracer records income and expenses on your Android phone. This policy explains what stays on the device and what the app does not collect.
Information stored on your phone
- Transactions you enter: title, notes, amount, date, income or expense, and the color you pick.
- Settings stored on the device, including App Lock and the month and list options you last used.
These records are kept in the app’s local store. The home-screen widget reads the same on-device store so it can show this month. ExpenseTracer does not upload transactions to an ExpenseTracer server, and it does not require an account. Android backup of this data is turned off.
Fingerprint and face unlock
App Lock is off until you turn it on. If you turn it on, Android checks your fingerprint, face, or device credential. ExpenseTracer receives only whether the check succeeded. It does not receive or store a fingerprint, face image, or biometric template.
What we do not do
- No ExpenseTracer account, and no sale of personal information.
- No advertising or behavioral tracking in the app.
- No analytics service that receives your transactions.
Deleting your data
Settings includes Delete All Transactions. That removes every income and expense stored in the app and leaves App Lock as it is. Uninstalling the app removes the app’s local store as well.

The support form does not send your message to a server. It opens your email app addressed to omidfreelance100@gmail.com. What you send by email is used only to answer that request.
